The other day my doctor told me I could start to eat some fruit per day. Like 2 oranges or 3 per day but not all at the same time. But I don´t like to eat oranges. I prefer blending them. Will blending destroy the orange nutrition and fiber? Or just juicing is bad?
Chewing your food produces digestive enzymes which helps break down the food, so this is ideal. However juicing things helps give your digestion system a break also. Its pretty much pretty equal imo what the end result is in your stomach.
