Ive been on the diet for quite a while now, and im pretty much back to square one as ive just eaten some chocolate and peanut butter 🙁 .. im looking for something that will help to supress my sugar cravings.

So i was thinking about making a coconut loaf/bread on the weekends..as a treat!
ingredients would be – coconut flour, stevia, butter, eggs and cinnamon

Will it set me back? i just want this diet to be over with asap so i want to be very cautious!

The ingredients sound OK, except for the butter which is dairy. Also, look at your stevia ingredients to make sure there is no other ingredients such as maltodextrin, sucrose, etc.

Also, maybe try the half buckwheat flour and half coconut flour recipe. The stevia and lemon juice one works good as a desert bread.
