Ive been on the diet for quite a while now, and im pretty much back to square one as ive just eaten some chocolate and peanut butter 🙁 .. im looking for something that will help to supress my sugar cravings.
So i was thinking about making a coconut loaf/bread on the weekends..as a treat! ingredients would be – coconut flour, stevia, butter, eggs and cinnamon
Will it set me back? i just want this diet to be over with asap so i want to be very cautious!
