I don´t have a pretty bad candida but I´m always bloated and tired and depressive and crasving sugar. So I know that goat cheese and butter with salt are not allowed but I eat that with no problem. The problems with me are foods with sugar and carbs they make me sleepy and bloated.
So this is my menu:
Breakfast: 4 traditional eggs with olive oil with 16 ounces of broccoli
Lunch: 4 traditional eggs with olive oil with 16 ounces of cabbage and 1 advocado.
Snack: 100 grams of goat cheese.
Dinner: 1 chicken breast with 2 tablespoon of butter.
Before bed: 1 greek yogurt with 4.2 grams of sugar.
Is that realy healthy?August 1, 2013 at 7:22 pm #108524

You need a wider variety of food in your diet as well as vegetables. Vegetables contain minerals which are essential to your health.

You are so lucky-with a little discipline, you can knock it out! For those of us who look forward to another year+ on this plan, you are in a sweet spot.
Maybe you might want to look through the recipe section of this site. I think a healthy goal is to try to include foods that posses ant-fungal properties in your vegetable rich meals-garlic, onion, coconut oil. You have neither anti-fungals nor vegetables in your diet.
This problem can quickly escalate and you will be kicking yourself if it does. If you have candida, deal with it and move on.
And have you been to a naturopath, or doctor, to confirm your diagnosis?
