Is lactose free dairy ok to consume? Looking at the ingredients of my lactose free cheese it says there are almost no carbohydrates and sugars. There is a fair bit of fat though as you would expect. Is this ok or do I have to steer clear of lactose free dairy?
It’s not something you should do often, especially since it’s cheese…. For me, cheese ALWAYS effects me.. So I seriously RARELY have it.. Maybe only a few times a year…If you do have it, make it’s also organic… Any regular dairy has hormones raging inside of it…You don’t want any extra hormones in any dairy you ever have… It’ll feed the candida quickly!
