Has anybody had any experience with resistant starches such as unmodified potato starch? I’ve read good things about using them as a prebiotic to feed the good bacteria in order to crowd out the bad bacteria.

Is it okay to consume this type of starch even though a candida diet says to avoid starches?

I say give it a try, but keep monitoring the yeast and if you experience a setback, I wouldn’t consume it any further…
