    Hi All,
    Just wanted to share an article that helped me. It shows how you can rotate whole families of foods in the 4 day rotation, also giving you a better idea of what overall families may be affecting you, diet-wise. Obviously I took out the fruit and nut/seed sections in my diet, as those are no-now for me, but it has a lot of good information, and could be easily modified for anyone who needs it.

    It has printable lists that you can fill in with your meal plans, etc.

    I’ve modified it for my diet. See below:

    DAY 1 – FISH

    PROTEINS:
