Hey. So a holistic doctor who specialises in digestive issues says I have Candida I am now on day 5 of a dairy, sugar (all sugar), gluten, coffee free diet. I’m a vegetarian aswell. Trying my best to learn and stick to this new diet but keep making ignorant oopsies.
She gave me probiotics, I have to take 2 in the morning and 2 at night and a multivitamin at the same dosage
Anyway. Yesterday I started cramping in my legs, it was unbearable I got magnesium supplements thinking that would help. But today it’s now my legs, back and tummy, I freaken ache everywhere. Is this normal? If so, how long does it last? I’m a 100% unhappy camper
