Hi all,
I’m wondering if there’s anyone suffering from Candida in western Massachusetts, or if there are any existing support groups.
I’m dealing with what I think is a fairly severe case (debilitating brain fog, anxiety, depression and exhaustion, among other symptoms) and some sort of social support would be really helpful. I find it hard to talk about with friends and family and am not getting any support from people around me. I’m about to embark on my second attempt at an anti-Candida diet, and considering how brutal the experience was my first time I’m a bit worried about going it alone!
If anyone else is in the same boat it might be good to meet up and talk with people who understand and empathize.
I am in the Great Barrington area.
All the best,
Travis
