hello everyone, Im new here but I know I need to be here. In January I got shingles and ovecame it, it took me about a month ad I took some acylivar for it, after that i got even sicker, bad fatigue, lathargy, couldnt eat, severe brain fog, not to mention very dry mouth and eyes,.i read about candidia albicans and just happened to have a dyflucan and took it, within about 2 days i was feeling so much better.I stayed on a very stricked diet of no sugar, caffine and breads like it said and i was feeling back to my ole self..fast forward to about 3 weeks ago.. all of the sudden whamo, here we go again.Bad brain fog, extreme fatigue and no concentration crying all the time and very depressed, I have been taking klonapin for anxiety but only around my menstral cycle… .5mg 1/2 pill only at night… a perscription can last me 4 months, thats how often i take it..anyway im feeling better, i was eating raw garlic and stopped because of the upset stomach and bad breath..i have returned to a strict diet of eggs chicken veggies and water,im feeling much better and when i go to my doctor at the end of the month im going to ask him for a dyflucan…soooo my question is what ARE the exact steps i need to take to start this journey..am i doing enough right now by eating what im eating and getting a dyflucan from my doc? what do i need to do to stay on the right path..i need step by step instructions and what to get.. thank youMay 21, 2012 at 6:26 pm #82583
