I need a sauce for eating grains like buckwheat or millet
It HAS to be relatively cheap and easy.
It would be good if it was something similar to white sauce or brown sauce. Considering I am making brown sauce with coconut fat and whole spelta wheat flour, do you think its okay for candida? Considering the amount of flour that goes into a big portion of sauce is low, i think its meh-okay but far from good.
So any other sauce ideas? I need to eat this stuff with sauce otherwise it just doesnt taste good for me (too dry).
