    At the moment I’m taking all of these everyday

    * Oregano oil caps
    * Zinc for acne
    * Golden seal root caps
    * Coconut oil caps
    * Raw probiotics 85 billion
    * Chlorophyll caps

    My diet:
    – No gluten
    – No sugar
    – Only drink water (probably like 2 gallons everyday)
    – No dairy
    – Non-whites

    I don’t really get any vegetables, I eat broccoli every other day.
    I’m not a fan of greens. I still eat red meat a few times a week.

    My diet is usually like what I have everyday, so today;

    Breakfeast: banana, millet bread peanut butter (most days eggs and toast) — pills
    Lunch: Millet bun, burger with onion lettuce some ketchup
    Dinner: Pasta tomatoes sauce, broccoli, grilled chicken, spinach. — pills

    I haven’t had a die-off in a while, even with the anti-fungal and probiotics.

    I’ve run out of probiotics, looking for advice on that.
    I also wanna know what kind of vitamins should I take, since I don’t eat a lot of greens.

    My stools are soft, but not watery. I feel constipated sometimes in the mornings.
    I really I want to try a colon cleanse.. but I’m not sure what I should try.

    My acne has healed a lot, and breakouts are much less, I broke out terribly a year 1/2 ago from my last die-off. Since then, I haven’t really had a die-off.

    The number problem I have is my bad breath, every morning my morning breath is terrible, my tongue is white. and my tonsils have debris.

    My tonsils have a lot less debris but it’s because I pick them every morning and every night.

    I drink pure fresh lemon juice everyday, and gargle salt. Along with scraping my tongue, and brushing at least 3 times a day.

    I don’t think it’s matter of hygiene. I think it’s all the candida bacteria..
    What should I do to really kill the bacteria in my mouth?

    I have a pretty bad drip too.
    I have dry mouth, so I’m constantly sipping water.

    It’s pretty severe, but not as severe as the images of oral thrush, I’m not sure if I have oral thrush I don’t think i do.

    So my morning breath is bad, and later in the day I’ll get that breath back..
    I’m pretty stumped, on what to do next, it’s hurting my social life and my work life, I’m only 18, so it sucks.

    My diet before switching was horrible, peanut butter jelly sandwiches for almost every meal. Grill cheese, pizza, soda, juice.. and I didn’t eat anything healthy, I didn’t even drink water.. I hated the taste of water before.

    I’m not sure if I should just get my tonsils removed and continue trying to cure my problem.

    But right now, I don’t think I’m moving forward, I’m probably just holding back the growth but not really getting rid of anything, or if I am, it’s going slow.

    So I need advice on a new probiotic, multi-vitamin, colon cleanse, and treat bad breath.

    Thanks for reading and helping me out appreciate it.

    You probably shouldn’t expect to get a lot better until you stop eating bananas, red meat and peanut butter and start eating vegetables on a regular basis.

    Thanks for pointing me to all the info.

    I’m trying to eat more greens, I never thought I’d drink as much water as I do now.
    I should focus on greens now.

    Thanks able

    So I’m going to change my diet to include a serving of vegetables for every meal, green beans, broccoli and cucumbers.

    Also I was taking a 80 billion “Raw probiotics” and not really seeing a die-off, I was also taking five-lac.

    I finished them both off, should I take more then 80 billion?
    What probiotic would you recommend that is more then 20-14?
    “14 Strains- 20 Billion Per Capsule (with DDS-1)”

    I also going to start oil pulling with sunflower oil.
    I bought some zinc, calcium, D3, A, C, and H(biotin) supplements.
    w/ molybdenum once a day..

    I’m gonna try to be a lot stricter on the diet, and not eat any oranges or bananas. no meat. and just try to eat egss, non-white pasta, vegs.

    I’m going to take magnesium chloride tabs too

    So I think I’m good on the diet, thrush, vitamins, bowel movements, but I’m still a little uneasy on the probiotics.

    I’ve tried threelac, which gave me a real strong die-off, but this was the first time every trying to go against my canadida. a year later after my diet and anti-fungals, i tried 80 Billion Cultures in One Capsule 14-Strain BifidoMAX.. I didn’t notice a die-off.

    Then couple months ago, I tried fivelac with 80 billion Raw probiotics, didn’t see much of a result.

    Thanks for helping me out I really do appreciate it.

    Wow it seems like you wasted a lot of money with all the pills, since you didn’t stick to the right diet. The diet alone should give you massive die off symptoms.

    Dont eat pasta. No durum wheat or any other alternative to that, it is not good for you.
    Skip all fruit. It is too much sugar.

    Meat is actually okay in small portions. But not beef and pork.

    Good luck.

    Spirulina is a strong antifungal; anyone using it early on in their treatment should be careful and also start taking Molybdenum before using it as it can produce come atrocious die-off under certain circumstances.

    I would significantly alter your diet and then see if you notice die-off symptoms. You are eating things not on the allowed foods list and this won’t cause much of a change at all.

    You gotta cut the following:

    -Red meat
    -banana and all fruits
    -peanut butter
    -all wheat and grains

    The candida can still thrive so its still in a hospitable environment.

    Thanks, and yes I have already changed my diet, no meat, only source of protein for now will be organic eggs. I’m eating lots of fresh/organic green beans. With every meal.

    I also bought some vitamins, and I think I’m experiencing a die-off. Nowhere close to the first time, just coughing.

    Fish is good too (check the allowed list). You need to eat a ton of eggs to get enough protein, so a bit fish and occasional poultry really helps.
