Sorry for causing a commotion on here and disregarding manners to members here. I
screwed up my diet so bad and now it is worse, For the 3 days i stuck to this diet it
really did make it better even though i was starving for some real food. Im gonna give it another shot and stick to it and go longer than just 3 days. I am always surrounded and taunted by good food from family who have the blessing to eat what they please. So Able900, i owe you an apology and all i got to say is you were right. I kept getting lenient on my diet saying “oh i need the calories”, yeah well I think the candida die-off ethanol levels are the reason why I feel like shit, I cant concentrate well, Things feel like a complete dream sometimes, horrible fatigue to the point where simple chores around the house feel like i am running a marathon, the oral thrush spread to my uvala so now it feels irritated especially when i eat food. Today i got back from a ear, nose, throat doctor and it kind of pissed me off how he just belittled my thrush problem as if there is nothing wrong with it. He literally glanced at my mouth once and never mentioned anything about the sores, the white, and i just now 10 mins ago realized it spread to my uvala in the back of my throat. He then told me not to brush my tongue so much and im like I only do it once at night time before bed. After that he gave me a box of nasal spray for sinusitis and thats about it and sent me off. A two hour drive to see this specialist for a box of nasal spray…January 13, 2012 at 2:17 am #70700

You had a fall, right? So it’s understandable that you were angry. Actually, the same thing happened to me 4 days into the cleanse. I went to bed extremely tired at 12am, got woken up by my cat at 3am, fell back to sleep and eventually tried getting up at 6am because I woke up thirsty. When I put my head back to drink I just collapsed and somehow cut my cheek and back. My advice is to be very careful when getting up until your head starts to feel normal again. I’m on day 13 now and it’s generally okay. I try sitting up for a bit in bed to let the circulation adjust before standing.
The same thing almost happened to me when I tried a low-carb diet in November. I didn’t collapse that time, but when I looked at the floor my bottle of water was there and I didn’t know how it got there. It could be as much about caffeine as carbohydrates, and probably die-off as well. I should have learnt a lesson from that time, but after cutting myself I don’t think I’ll need reminding again.
Anyway, good luck this time and I hope it works out for you. Just take it easy at the start, and if your job is tough, you could even consider skipping the cleanse, or at least including a few eggs each day for energy.January 13, 2012 at 6:32 am #70706

Christian – that was very nice of you to apologize. I too have had “angry” sessions and want to just deny it all. Currently, I needed to start diet from beginning because I stopped diet too early. It seems harder this time around for some reason and I think the people in this forum have helped me so much. My tongue is all red raw and wonderful white patches and feels really horrible – that is the worst when you cant seem to get immediate relief especially when spending your time and money going to the doctor! Able has recommended oil pulling for relief. I want you to know I am going through a tough time too – let’s just take it one day at a time and slowly but surely we will feel better and bit those little candida albicon bastards lolJanuary 13, 2012 at 9:32 am #70728

Two things can aid oral thrush: Oil pulling or drinking kefir. The kefir will kill of the yeast in your mouth and heal it at the same time.
Give the diet a second chance and stick to it as good as possible. Even when you start to feel better, don’t let up until your are symptom free. After 7 months on the diet, I feel pretty much normal…you can get there as well!

Christian, thank you for the apology to myself as well as the forum; I think I can speak for all of us in saying “thank you” and at the same time let you know that we understand completely what you were feeling as we’ve all been in your shoes as far as being disgusted with the infestation, die-off, feeling of starvation, not to mention the irritation and moodiness that comes with it all.

Christian, for the lack of concentration and all the other die-off symptoms you might try using Molybdenum. It’s sold on the open market as well as Amazon. This will also protect your liver and kidneys form the Candida toxins which they release whether they’re alive or dying.

Unfortunately, that’s the typical response from modern day medical “authorities”. If they admit that a Candida infestation is real, then you’re going to expect them to know how to cure it, and they haven’t a clue, so they prefer to pretend it doesn’t exist.

Let us know if you want help with the protocol now that you intend to use it for your cure. There will always be someone here waiting to help you or just listen.
