    Finding it really hard to stick to the diet because of my sugar cravings. I can do really well for most of the day and then in the evening I eat a lot of junk food. I’ve been really down lately and struggling to see the point of all of it. It just seems like its impossible for me to get well. I’ve just been sick for so long and don’t feel like I’m going anywhere.

    Have you tried using stevia or xylitol to make some muffins or healthy cookies? That might help with your sugar cravings while you wean off the sugar.
