I’ve been suffering for quite a while with GERD. After posting a picture of my tongue on these forums, the consensus was that I probably had Candida.
So, about eight days ago, I started a very low-carb diet consistent with an anti-Candida diet. No gluten, no dairy. I eat coconut oil, olive leaf capsules, and oregano oil capsules daily. I also take milk thistle and probiotics.
I feel quite fine actually (no die-off symptoms as far as I can tell), and I generally perform well on low-carb diets (I’m more alert, energetic even).
With that said, I wanted to ask how I should proceed with the Clotrimazole losanges. The doctor said it will eventually reach my intestines if I keep taking this medicine. Should I simply take it 5 times a day for two weeks as my doctor says? Should I make sure not to mix them with any other type of food or supplement? I’m looking for advice from someone with more experience and knowledge who can help me figure out the best way to take this medicine.
With gratitude to the community and Sincerely,
