    Hello, again.
Well, I’ve been on the diet (with many slip-ups) since Oct. 5th. It’s now been 33 days. The first 5 days I was on the website’s cleanse, but after communicating with Raster and Able900, I began the green veggie/lemom water cleanse on the 6th day. After about two weeks, I added organic chicken and fish to the diet, and I added buckwheat pancakes about a week ago (recipe for 8 pancakes contains: 1 C. organic Buckwheat Flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 single-serving packets of Stevia, ½ tsp. salt, 1 organic egg, and 1 C. organic coconut milk). I’ve had two pancakes each day. I suppose that’s too much (?)

By the way, the slip-ups that I mentioned above include a cup of black coffee every other day (massive caffein-withdrawal headaches!), and about every three days I have something really bad like a piece of Halloween candy or a beer or some wheat bread.

I’m writing about this now because I don’t know if I’m making any progress at all. Yes, I know that those slip-ups are either preventing progress or slowing the progress, but I had still expected to feel some of the die-off symptoms by now. I haven’t.

Here are some of the changes that I HAVE noticed:
    1. I’ve lost 13 pounds.
    2. I’ve lost 9 inches (belly, hips, thighs, waist).
    3. I lose less hair in the shower.
    4. My skin is drier.
    5. My face isn’t as oily.
    6. I fall asleep much quicker.
    7. I pee ALOT.
    8. I’m weak (until I have that sinful coffee).
    9. My Athletes Foot has not returned.

But I can’t tell if I’m killing any Candida because the only die-off symptoms that I know of are the headaches (or they are from lack of caffein, as a cup of coffee will get rid of the headache). Does it sound like I’ve done ANYTHING right, or am I just engaging in wishful thinking?

Deb, listen to me, you are doing absolutely fantastic, and I would PAY to have all of the forum’s members to do as well as you have in just 33 days, please believe me on that one.

I can give you exactly nine (9) reasons that tell me you’re doing perfectly well with the treatment – and that the Candida albicans you have ARE dying. And all you have to do is look at your own list of the changes you’ve noticed. Every one of those is a clue as far as how you’ve conducted the treatment laid out for you. You can believe that with a Candida treatment, the results tell the tale, and with these we really don’t have to ask you what you’re doing at all, because we know by these results that you’re doing it ‘right’ as rain, because, with only 33 days into the treatment, these are fantastic results. Do you realize how many people do not experience half the clues that you have to show that the treatment is working?

Another thing, you can believe that, if you have these changes, then the Candida are absolutely dying by the thousands. What most people can’t realize is just how many ultra-billions and even trillions of Candida albicans actually make up an infestation, and how, even though you’re continually killing them, with their numbers they are still multiplying; but the good part is, you’re killing them faster than they’re multiplying, otherwise there would be no changes at all and you would actually be listing an increase in Candida symptoms instead of the changes you’ve named.

For the weakness and weight loss, I can tell you the one thing you need to do, and that is to add more calories. If you’re eating the coconut flour bread, then add a few more slices a day. Also, eat more yogurt and kefir as well as avocados; if you’re eating these you can eat at least one every day and two a day now and them, and you can also add another tablespoon or two of coconut oil every day. More calories are all you need to add in order to stop the weight loss and help with the weakness. Also, some of the weakness may be stemming from die-off, so are you taking molybdenum every day?

With your permission, I’d like to post your message under a different subject line so that other members can see some very positive results after such a short period.

By the way, every single person who starts this treatment has slip-ups, so stop beating yourself up over the few you made, got that?

    Thanks for the positive post.

Try adding oat bran and rice bran to your meals as well. Try to eat 4 course meals if possible. I am happy to see great results!

Thanks, Able. What a positive, encouraging reply!! I just wasn’t sure if I was doing anything right because I had expected to feel like crap (die-off symptoms), but I really don’t. Well, now, thanks to you, my confidence has been restored and I’m all jazzed about it again.
I’ll take your advise about adding more calories. I haven’t yet tried the brans that Raster suggested, but they are now on my shopping list.
No, I’m not taking the molybdenum every day. Here is the reason: A while back I had posted a question on the forum asking for advise on my extreme dry mouth symptom. You had answered saying that it could possibly be the detox drops. To be sure, I eliminated everything (detox drops, molybdenum, lemon water, bitters, and vegetable broth) for a few days. Then I started re-intoducing them one at a time, for a few days each. So far, I have re-introduced detox drops, bitters, and broth. No dry mouth yet!! I’ll start the molybdenum again in a day or two. (Able, you had told me that I no longer needed the detox drops, but upon further research, I’ve decided to take them for a few more weeks. Do you see a problem with this?)
Yes, you have my permission to move the post where you’d like.
Thanks again for the much needed “boost”!

No problems with continuing the detox drops, Deb. Thanks for the thumbs up on letting me post your message in the forum again.
