Hello. My diet as been great but I fell always constipated. So I need to eat a lot of fiber. I would like to know if my diet is going healthy. i´m more and less 3 months in a diet. right now I eat 3 or 4 fruits per day with 2 yogurts it gives me a total of 50 grams per day of sugar. I know is a little bit but I need sugar to think straight. I don´t a lot of sugar just this foods. Also I eat coconut flour, eggs, avocado, tomatoes and cabbage. Is my diet healthy to recover? Is that to much sugar I eat? thanks
