Hello! I’ve been on this diet for almost 3 weeks now and ever since day 1, I’ve only been pooping every other day, despite eating copious amounts of vegetables, millet, buckwheat, and nuts. Before I started the diet I was pooping 2-3 healthy poops a day. My poops are still “formed” but not as healthy as they looked before. Any insight as to why this is? Is it “unhealthy” to only be pooping every 2 days?
