How much time should there be between taking probiotics and anti-fungals like coconut oil? 2, 3, 4 hours?

As much as possible. If you eat eg at 12 and then at 18, take the other one at 15.

From my experience it really doesn’t matter with food grade antifungals, the probiotics should survive either way. However if its stronger antifungals like oregano oil, grapefruit seed extract, tea tree oil, etc. then it does matter more when to take each.

I take with my antifugal. But I usually just take sf722 and garlic is awesome.
