How long do I have to seperate taking antifungals and probiotics? With GSE, Olive leaf extract, and Oil of Oregano I heard they kill probiotics also? My naturalpath didn’t tell me to seperate but I had a nutritionist say to take them at least an hour and a half apart. Does that sound right? Thanks in advance

I take them at the same time and it hasn’t been a problem for me…however I do take antifungals at a separate time just out of habit (if you take them with meals you could get some weird bm’s).

I m gonna take my fungals on an empty stomach then at least wait a half an hour. Another question for you Raster, this lady at the nutrition store said I can’t stay on antifungals for awhile because it will hurt my body. Is that true? I m expecting a year recovery from this and I don’t wanna stop my fungals. Thanks
