This is an article that stays clear how candida albicans induces a powerful immune Th17 response.
For those of you who don’t know, Th 17 is a pro-inflammatory immune response implicated in many auto-immune diseases.
So, candida neutralizes our suppressors cells (those that regulate and avoid a self immune attack) but also over activates the Th17 that cause inflammation and auto-immune diseases. See how many reasons we have to be miserable with candidiasis and why most of us have auto-immune diseases.

Very interesting, and thanks for all these articles Jorge. (I have nothing specific to comment on but I just wanted to let you know they’re appreciated.)

    Different question:
Is there any thread/post where I can read about what your current/past symptoms of candida are/were and what you’ve tried in your past to combat it?
