    If your having trouble finding soba try making your own they are really easy

    tbs- tablespoon

    1 cup buckwheat flour
    Quarter cup water
    1 egg (or 1 tbs chia seed with 3 tbs of hot water, mix & let sit in seprate bowl for 5min.)
    squeeze of lemon

    i find this amount is enough for 2 dinners worth

    Thanks! I’m totally going to try this. My friend just made me some homemade pesto sauce that I’m going to smother them with. I’ve missed pasta so much. I’m Italian and it’s just not easy to stay away from.
