1 cup coconut oil or cocoa butter 1 cup carob powder 1/4 xylitol stevia to taste 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 Tb ground decaffeinated coffee (optional)
Melt coconut oil on low heat. Add xylitol, vanilla and ground coffee. Add carob and mix. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet and place in the freezer. Break into pieces and store in the freezer (If made with cocoa butter they do not have to be stored in the freezer).
