I just did some quick research and I think it’s the paprika that’s the problem. Supposedly anything in the nightshade family of vegetables can be problematic for some people. I had eggplant which is also a nightshade last week and had a reaction, so it would make sense. Careful guys.
I used to use paprika on my chicken and eventually after using it regularly, I had a pretty bad reaction. I have a feeling I still cannot tolerate it. It’s definitely problematic. Was it feeding candida a whole bunch? I think maybe it is as bad as nearly any other thing that can feed candida.
