my candida symptoms seems to worsen with iron supplement(non-heme) but it seems alright if consuming lots of meat and organs(heme). I tried making spinach(non-heme) with strawberry juice and it trigger the worst symptoms. So, it seems there is differences in the type of iron we consume. any thought on this?
I am already on the diet for 5 months. regarding fruits I have been mostly survive on strawberry and avocado since day one. so couldn’t be the strawberry. now, I could eat most fruits except dates. Symptoms are almost gone if stay away from sugar and grain. However, dizzy spells still wont go away as I suspect is low in Iron since my Hb is low.
