This topic contains 1 reply, has 2 voices, and was last updated by raster 2 years, 6 months ago.
Hello everyone,
I just started the candida diet a few days ago and since then my bowel movements pretty much stopped. 🙁 It really annoys me because I want all the bad stuff to “leave”.
Usually eating fruits or drinking fruit juices always helped me, but at the moment these things are obviously a no no.
Does any of you have some advice on this? It would be very much appreciated! (by my gut as well!)
Thanks!
Lydia
