I’m in month 5 of the diet. It usually happens before mealtime. Usually it is some pressure in the heart area. During this time I act quite absent and I am quiet. Sometimes I am short tempered. It goes away after a meal, like my heart ‘has come to a rest’.
I also have a very pale skin, which slightly gets better after eating.

Does someone have this kind of symptom?

I’ve had it lately, and at first I thought it was angina but then I realized later it really was anxiety causing me to hyperventilate (thus causing the angina).

I’ve been a smoker for 15 years and just quit smoking it was so bad. I am on day 4. I went to the ER about it because I thought I was going to faint a few days ago.

I sometimes would get it after meals and when I would get low blood sugar. I recommend snacking on some fruit, celery, etc….whatever you can get and it should improve immediately. If it doesn’t, I recommend consulting a doctor.

Are you eating enough protein with every meal? If I don’t my heart goes really fast and I feel weird. My specialist said to eat protein with every meal, since I have been it has gone away.

I have the impression that I eat too much protein, but I’ll keep it in mind.

I’m slowly moving towards phase 2 of the diet, so I’m reintroducing more vegetables. Maybe I can start eating some apricots or something. I’ll also keep the angina in mind. It seems like it has a lot of possible causes.
This is probably related to candida, because this only happens when my other symptoms are high.

    Thanks for your replies.
