Ran into another candida website for Threelac. I was wondering if there is anyone who has tried it or heard of it, what their take is on it?
I want to start the diet in a couple weeks, but still not quite sure about it. Need help in making an absolute decision. Any help would be great!
Thanks!!
I wouldn’t use threelac because its too expensive for what it is. Its lession a billion cfu and contains only 3 strains of bacteria. Ideally you need 30-120+ billion cfu per day so for it to be effective, you need to consume a whole bottle of it per day.
