I think I know the answer to this but anyway..
When someone called me hardcore, it got me thinking. Would you recover from candida quicker if you did the cleanse and everything else possible (baths, drinks etc), whilst feeling like you are dying for a long time?
I guess many people couldnt handle that, i know i couldnt. But would you recover quicker rather than doing what you can handle over a long period of time?
I’m assuming the latter is the case seeing as this is why we are expected to recover after months or years..?April 22, 2012 at 8:36 am #79720

Hi Jo Jo,
My personal opinion is to go slow and avoid the die-off if I can at all costs. Die-off is serious stuff and it’s very damaging to your organs and yes it would feel great to get rid of it faster, but at what cost? I would like to be as healthy as I can and not worry about damaging my liver. Who knows how much damage my few mistakes made and how long it will take my liver and/or kidneys to recover from it. I am taking it slow and if it takes me a year to recover so be it. I brought myself here and I am going to pull myself out of there as well even if it takes a very long time to do so.
So basically what I want to say is that I vote for safe way to recover over the quick fix that may not even work. You can kill off candida pretty fast, but rebuilding the balance in your intestines takes time anyway.
Curious as to what others will vote for?

I’m no expert but I think your age is an important part of the equation. If you’re young and have no other health issues a hardcore approach will probably be fine. If you’re at the back end of your life you’re probably best adopting a less extreme longer term plan. It’s a guessing game ultimately though.April 22, 2012 at 12:59 pm #79745

When you go through severe die-off, the amount of toxins in the body can become overwhelming for the body’s organs. The organs such as the liver and kidneys can become damaged by aldehyde toxins no matter what age you are. In addition, enough aldehydes toxins in your body can cause other diseases such as liver and kidney damage and even failure of these organs. But that’s not all it does, aldehydes cause cell damage as well and this contributes to cardiac diseases. There’s also another problem, namely acetaldehyde-induced Alzheimer’s disease. For the most part, people who have a Candida overdose fail to give die-off toxins credit for their abilities because they’re too busy thinking about their Candida, but you can trust that you should give equal consideration to the aldehyde toxins that are being released into your body every day that you’re on a Candida treatment.
This is why taking a Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate supplement as well as taking it slowly on the strict diet is so important and probably why you’re all so tired of seeing me ask, “Are you taking Molybdenum yet?”
