Was just wondering your input to doing a cleansng or taking a round of anti-fungals occasionally after you are feeling healthy. Is there any type of maintenance schedule advised to members who have been through the cleansing, diet, anti-fungals, and vitamins and minerals who are feeling better now? I was thinking that maybe I should do a cleansing and take a round of anti-fungal supplements on occassion maybe one or twice a year to make sure that the candida doesn’t come back. I also plan on keeping up with the diet, but just adding back a few foods that I wasn’t eating.
