I’m 22 and for the last four years have been suffering from sore, itchy, hot facial rashing and blisters. It doesn’t come in cycles, just constantly there and I have been prescribed everything you could think of… for eczema.

My mum pointed me in this direction because of other symptoms and I’m convinced that candida is my issue I could almost cry with happiness (don’t want to jinx it! haha).

I first got symptoms during my first pregnancy at 17 after being on strong antibiotics three times due to persistent kidney infections.

I’m so determined to see this through despite my awful sweet tooth because my anxiety is through the roof over my face and I want to stop with the steroids they keep getting me to put on it daily.

Does anybody have any idea of how long it’ll take for me to see a change? I really hope it works because my poor face is constantly aching ugh

You’ll likely see big improvements in your health pretty quickly but whether or not your face gets better will likely be determined over a long period of time.

I have 3 important posts for you to check out:

    http://www.thecandidadiet.com/forum/yaf_postst9434_Die-off-remedies-post–will-edit-more-in-time.aspx

You need to create a detox plan before doing this because otherwise your face likely will get worse and you could damage your liver and/or kidneys.

Additionally, you could be deficient in stomach acid and if this occurs then your body isn’t breaking down the food you eat very well which could be causing a domino effect…

Also, don’t overdo anything when starting out because this isn’t a get better quickly type of thing, it requires many months to years to improve your health.

Thank you so much for getting back to me so fast. I will go sit and read through all the links you recommended. I’ll definitely take it slow like you suggest, I’m wanting to get better so badly so if I have to wait for that long to see results I really don’t mind :).
