Cow milk is really bad for our body but I read a lot about goat milk and it says is anti inflammatory and as is more alkaline than cow milk. Cow milk is really acid. I don´t have any lactose allergy but I when I drink cow milk it make me bloated but yogurt of cow milk doesn´t affect me at all. So the question is: Is bad to drink 1 or 2 cups of goat milk everyday?
I wouldn’t drink the milk but I would get goat’s yogurt personally. The milk is definitely healthier than cows milk in general though but I wouldn’t consume it as a replacement for regular milk. If you are adding it to something like coffee or tea in small quantities, not that big of a deal imho.
