    Hi!:)

    oats / oatmeal which are gluten free.
    Sure unprocessed and in the natural condition, is it safe to eat during the candida diet?

    Oats are non-gluten foods, the only issue that creeps up is sometimes they are processed in the same facilities as wheat products so there could be some cross contamination. Unless you have a severe gluten allergy, you should be fine. I recommend oatmeal, just try eating more of the plain oats, not the ones with lots of added sugar.

    Hi, thanks for your reply!:)
    They are without gluten and does not contain any allergy food expect 100% plain oats without added sugars.

    I make a flour out of oatmeal, than i use it as normal flour and make so delicous cookies (Salty cookies)
    Its fine?
