    Hello, I’ve been avoiding sugar and starches for about a month and a half now. Today I went to the store and bought some gluten free bread from FOOD FOR LIFE (organic brown rice flour, filtered water, organic agave, organic tapioca flour, safflower oil, organic chia seeds, fresh yeast, xantham gum, cellulose, rice bran, sea salt) and lactose free cream cheese from GREEN VALLEY ORGANICS (organic pasteurized cream (milk), lactase enzyme, sea salt, live and active cultures) out of impulse….is it too soon to have them? Should I return them instead?…
