gluten?

    It’s hard to say, since it might not actually contain any and you may not have an intolerance to it. Gluten is probably best avoided, but I guess you just have to test it unless you want to buy a gluten-free kind. You might be sensitive to oat bran itself though (pretty sure I am at the moment).
