She’s got a natural, holistic philosophy, which is obviously really good. She’s a bit of a controversial character, but does speak a lot of sense when it comes to nutrition. I’ve had a couple of her books for several years and they’re worth reading (although very little info on candida) I haven’t cooked any of her recipes for quite a while because I didn’t think that much of them, but my taste buds have changed a lot since then.
