Does anyone have any experience in treating a Fungal Sinus Infection?

I have been on the diet for over 2 months now and I had a pretty big clump of dark gray stuff (looked like modeling clay) come out of the back of my sinuses. I have also noticed smaller ones over the last 3 or so years. I looked it up online and discovered it was fungal! So far I have only done some anti-fungal aromatherapy oils in steam to get into my sinus cavity. I am hoping it came out because I have actively been trying to get rid of the Candida in my body!

    Any help is appreciated.

First I would make a CT scan to understand the scale of fungi overgrowth in your sinuses. After that you can take advice from your otorhinolaryngologist.
