In the beginning of the diet my issues with sugar fruit was bad but now I can handle fruit sugar in small amounts. Maybe 2 per day like oranges or apples. But I don´t like to eat I prefer drink it but as you may know fruit juice alone as a lot of sugar and no fiber to slow down the absorption of sugar. But if I made fruit juice with one apple, one orange and a lot of spinach would it be better for slow down the sugar of fruit? Because vegetables are rich in fiber and poor in sugar. So would this drink consider low glycemic and nutritive?
