Tried this once about a year ago and had a super-duper reaction. Die off, herx, allergic…? I don’t know but I didn’t chance it again.June 7, 2013 at 2:00 am #105868

I started taking it on Monday and so far so good. A few hours after the first dose, I actually saw a good-sized piece of bloody candida come out. Nothing taken orally has had that affect on me before. So far I haven’t seen any more. Am also having die-off, something that had gone away. The first couple days it was quite strong and has lessened now. I did have some kidney pain, but I think that is from the die-off, but it’s possible it’s from too much silica. So I doubt i’ll stay on it too much longer. I would give it a try – I wish I had tried it sooner, as I think it makes the Nystatin more effective by stripping away the gunk in the GI and exposing the skin. Make certain you only take Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth. Mine says Chemical Codex Food Grade.
