I’ve been looking for some stevia that is good value & came across this: http://www.luxebc.com/-c/planetary-herbals-earthsweet-stevia-with-fos-8-oz-226-8-g-p18691

I’m sure i read that FOS was good for leaky gut, so just wanted to know what experts thought of it as a product. I use stevia daily when making hemp portein pancakes for breakfast & in kefir.

I’ve also been looking for some slippery elm, is it ok to take as powder?

It’s a prebiotic that could be beneficial. It could also cause issues depending what kind of bacteria you’ve got in your guts, but that’s the same for any soluble fibre. I don’t think it’ll do much good or bad in those doses though.
