I read that foods including peanuts, cashews, dried coconut, cheese, and others are maybe not to be consumed because they might have mold, which might affect you in a bad way. Why would any small bits of mold in a food have anything to do with a candida problem? Is there research indicating that candida feeds off other mold like it does sugar? I just don’t understand what the relationship is. If sugar is the main problem food for candida, it seems like sugar would be many times more of a problem than mold, so I don’t understand what the fuss is about.
