Now that I’ve been on the strict diet for two weeks, I have a few questions about foods I am not sure if I can eat, and would also like to share with you what I am eating, to be sure that I am not doing anything I shouldn’t be doing.
- Can I make my own hempmilk?
- I am allergic to eggs. Can I use “flaxseed eggs” (ground flaxseed & water) to make buckwheat pancakes and/or crepes?
- Sesame oil is an okay oil to use—so I am wondering if I can use tahnini in salad dressings?
My Diet and Protocol:
Breakfast: sauteed kale in coconut oil over “cauliflower rice” (cauliflower & onion w/salt & pepper chopped up in food processor) with 1/2 avocado on top and tsp. coconut oil.
Lunch: broccoli, cauliflower, and kale curry (made with curry powder and coconut creme) OR a lettuce salad with various raw veggies and Bragg’s Salad Dressing
Dinner: homemade pesto (last night was garlic scapes, hemp seeds, basil & EVOO)over lightly sauteed zucchini noodles
Snacks: rutabaga fries (rutabaga cut into fries, tossed with EVOO and salt and baked) or raw spring rolls (collard leaf with sea kelp, ginger, radish, cucumber, mint, basil rolled up inside)
Drink: just started chicory, have been unsuccessfully trying to drink Dandelion Root tea, also drink “Everyday Detox” by Traditional Medicinals.
Antifungals: “Caprylate Complex” (1 capsule 446mg) by pharmax (3 caps 3x/day), oil of oregano (morning and night), coconut oil (working on this–at about 3+ tsp/daily)
Probiotics: “Full Spectrum Probiotic” (25+ billion CFU’s), one with each meal. And I just started goat kefir (am just at 2 teaspoons right now and working my way up).
Other Stuff: Vitamin C, 3000mg; Betaine prior to meals; Molybdenum, 1 at each meal; milk thistle 1260mg/day.
Am I missing anything? Not taking enough of something? Is my probiotic okay? Any suggestions about the foods I am and/or am not eating?

Your probiotic doesn’t contain the DDS-1 strain. So when you run out of these, you should look for one containing this strain. Read the post for more info. Probiotics
As far as foods that are not on the strict diet are concerned, you’ll have to test them yourself unless someone else has tested them before.
