    hi everyone
    I’m on phase 1 and was wondering if sprouted pumpkin seeds are ok to use in baking?

    Also, gluten free rolled oats?? Ok??????

    Hi Bobina,

    You should pm Able he’s one of the moderators of the forum and request a link to the strict version of the diet. He asks that you explain a little about your situation first though. The diet shown on the website is not strict enough.

    Pumpkin seeds are relatively high in mold content like all seeds, nuts, and dried food items. Candida which is a fungus can easily feed on other forms of fungi which includes molds.

    The only way to safely consume pumpkin seeds (as well as nuts) is to soak and roast them which should kill most of the mold.
