I’m new to the forum and have to say it’s a nice one!
I have to try a diet since I have (what i think) seborrea and have to eat more natural. The thing that is holing me back not just dive into it is the fact that i train alot. I’m a little worried about not getting enough carbonhydrates to be able to work out as much as I do. From what I understand, you have to cut out everything that I eat usually like – potatoes, rice and pasta. Is it possible to replace these energysources and with what in that case? I (think) wont be abel to get enough energy from just vegetables and some meat. So, is this diet for me or should I try something elese?
