The coconut flakes are great. I have eaten a ton of coconut any which way. I also have found that I tolerate millet better than most grains. Just need to keep it at no more than 1/4 cup. I don’t think it’s a prebiotic, but others here would know. I haven’t used flaxseed myself coz it was never mentioned as a good option to me.
