I get constipated VERY easily and have been taking citrucel fiber(2-3 TB a day) for a couple months and it helps a ton. The problem is that I just noticed the fiber has aspartame and sucralose in it so I want to get off it. I’ve tried just upping veggies and adding more ruffage but unless i’m taking some fiber supplement it just doesn’t work. Any reccomendation’s on fiber supplements? I’ve heard inulin isn’t good, and the only other type i’ve found is wheat dextrose or psyillium husk!

    Thanks!
