Today is the start of my day 9 and I feel wonderful i was just hoping to clear up another novice question. In stage 1 there was a suggestion to add Fiber 3 to the detox stage, but I opted not to because I could not find it locally in any health food stores within a 30 mile radius. Now that I am in phase 2 I was browsing through the candida store and I see that Psyllium Husk is available for purchase.
Can I incorporate Psyllium Husk into my morning routine? and is it better or worse than Fiber 3?
