    Hello all,

    Today is the start of my day 9 and I feel wonderful i was just hoping to clear up another novice question. In stage 1 there was a suggestion to add Fiber 3 to the detox stage, but I opted not to because I could not find it locally in any health food stores within a 30 mile radius. Now that I am in phase 2 I was browsing through the candida store and I see that Psyllium Husk is available for purchase.

    Can I incorporate Psyllium Husk into my morning routine? and is it better or worse than Fiber 3?

    I would be careful with Psyllium, it can be problematic for the stomache, especially if you have leaky gut as a complication due to candida.

    Do you feel constipated? Long between bowelmovements?

    one day i will go and the next day i won’t…

    before this cleanse I would go once every 3-4 days

    i can tell that my movements are becoming much more regular, but was on the fence about trying something to assist the process
