I understand fermented foods are good for putting good bacteria back into our bodies. I have sensitivities to Candida, Whey, and Wheat. Can anyone suggest fermented foods that could help with Candida? I thought about Keifer – but I’m thinking it has whey? Not sure… Thanks!
