    Hi!

    I understand fermented foods are good for putting good bacteria back into our bodies. I have sensitivities to Candida, Whey, and Wheat.

    Can anyone suggest fermented foods that could help with Candida? I thought about Keifer – but I’m thinking it has whey? Not sure…

    Fermented cod liver oil…

    You have sensitivies to candida? How does that work?

    Kefir could work but it should contain some whey.
