It happens every time I have these feelings. I’m not sure how to describe it, but it gives no pain whatsoever, it is just a feeling of a quick little lightning striking the insides of my stomach. If anyone knows a term for this ‘lightning’, it’d be helpful if you told me it since I can’t find a single person experiencing this on the Internet. Whenever I feel it coming, I try to calm myself down to avoid it since I think it makes me feel slightly worse (stress is bad for the immune system of course).Author Posts Viewing 1 post (of 1 total)The topic ‘Feeling a 'lightning' in stomach when anxious’ is closed to new replies.
