Well I’ve just entered my 7th week on the LR diet and it was all going pretty well but now I’ve reached a stage where I crave carbs constantly. I woke up today ravenously hungry and even my usual protein shake couldn’t satisfy me. I feel utterly disgusted at the thought of eating meat or eggs and I don’t want to eat a single vegetable ever again. I made some almond flour bread and even though it’s a bit dry, I’m more or less surviving on this for the time being – well until I get round to making some almond flour cake. Anyone else reached this stage and did you ever get past it?
