    It appears that soaking in a bath with 1/2 cup of epsom salt is very beneficial for the body. It draws out toxins and provides relief for sore muscles. Has anyone done this???

    Sounds like it works. The only variation of this I recommend is taking a hot tub, steam room, or sauna…sweating out the toxins is a very effective way to detox from candida. Hot baths also work; if you can do this up to 6 days a week, you will notice a huge improvment from the die-off symptoms. The salt is a great idea for this because it will remineralize the body as it sweats.
